At BASELWORLD, the story of watches with a big date display is being continued with some interesting new items: in the 1990s, Glashütte Original was one of the first manufacturers to construct a watch with a striking date display and is now presenting the Senator Observer in stainless steel. This features the Glashütte Original ‘panorama date’ function at the 6 o’clock position powered by a traditionally decorated automatic calibre.
