Born in 1960, and now living and working in British Columbia, Canada, Doustís art has prominent presence in countries in the Persian Gulf region and around the world. He began painting with oil color at fourteen, and recorded everything he perceived as expressively as he could. An exhibition celebrating the second year of Ghadah Alkandariís blog PrettyGreenBullet, this one-night show will showcase paintings and drawings, as well as everyday notes, doodles and sketches done by the artist over the last year. Because of the vagaries of Alkandariís mind, even she canít be sure what the final outcome of the show will be. The nature of her daily evolution and devolution of ideas form the basis of the PrettyGreenBullet experience, and this exhibition, the nutshell.
